Drain & Sewer Services From the Sink to the Street
Our drain & sewer services cover every pipe that carries water away from your property, from the kitchen sink to the city sewer main. We run 4,000 PSI jetters and sewer cameras out of Oxnard, look before we clear, and give you the price before any work starts. Tap any point on the diagram to see what usually clogs there and which service handles it.
Grease, scale, and debris that build up where the waste from every fixture comes together under the slab.
What fixes itHydro jetting from the cleanout scours the full pipe wall. Every drain slow at once is the classic sign.
What each drain and sewer service is for
Drain and sewer work is one of two categories in our services, and it is most of what our trucks do. Each service below solves a different problem. The card tells you when you need it, and the page behind it explains how the work is done.
Hydro jetting
If a drain clogs again weeks after it was snaked, the buildup is still stuck to the pipe wall. A jetter sends water at up to 4,000 PSI through a nozzle that sprays backward, pulls itself up the line, and scours the whole circumference. We use it on main lines, laterals, restaurant lines, and commercial mains.
Drain cleaning
For one slow or stopped fixture: a kitchen sink, a tub, a toilet, or a laundry line. We clear the clog with the tool that fits that drain and run water to confirm it flows before we leave.
Sewer camera inspection
A camera on a push cable shows what is really in the line: roots, a sag, an offset joint, a crack, or grease. It is the step before jetting or repair, and a smart move before buying an older home.
Storm drain cleaning
Catch basins, yard drains, and parking lot storm lines fill with leaves, dirt, and sediment over the dry months. Clearing them ahead of the rainy season keeps the first big storm from flooding the lot.
Grease trap line jetting
Grease hardens in the lines that run from the kitchen fixtures to the grease trap and from the trap out to the sewer. We jet those lines back to the pipe wall so the kitchen keeps draining between visits.
Both clear a clog. Only one cleans the pipe.
A drain snake is a spinning cable. It drills through the blockage and gets water moving again, which is often all a single kitchen or bathroom clog needs. The catch is what it leaves: most of the grease and scale stays on the pipe wall, and the next clog starts there.
A jetter uses water instead of a cable. The nozzle sprays backward and to the sides, so it scours the full circumference as it moves up the line and washes the buildup out of the system. That is why we reach for it on main lines and on any drain that keeps coming back.
The pipe has to be able to take it. Cracked or broken lines get repaired first, which is the reason a camera goes in before the jetter does.
Why we look before we clear
Around Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, older neighborhoods still run on clay and cast iron sewer laterals, and hard water leaves scale in a lot of lines. Two pipes with the same symptom can need very different work. One look with the camera tells us which job you actually have.
What people ask about clogs
Straight answers about jetting, cameras, and clogs that come back. Anything else, call and ask the crew.
Stop running water in the building and call. Tell us which drains are affected and whether anything is coming back up.
Call (805) 232-8380Start with what the water is doing. One slow fixture is usually a drain cleaning job. Grease, roots, or a clog that keeps coming back points to hydro jetting. If several drains act up at once or nobody knows what shape the pipe is in, a sewer camera inspection comes first.
Older clay and cast iron laterals are common in older neighborhoods around the region, and some have cracks or broken joints. The camera shows whether the pipe can take the pressure. If it is damaged, you hear about it before any jetting starts.
A drain that clogs again and again usually has buildup on the pipe wall that a basic clearing leaves behind, or a problem further down the line like roots or a sag. A camera run shows which one, so you fix the cause instead of the symptom.
Yes. We jet restaurant grease lines and commercial lines, and clean storm drains and catch basins for HOAs, property managers, and commercial lots across Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
We can tell you what the job usually involves on the phone. The price comes once we see the line, and you get it before any work starts. What moves it: how easy the cleanout is to reach, how long and deep the line runs, and what is inside it.
Call the crew that runs the jetters
Tell us which drains are slow, whether anything is coming back up, and where the property is. We will tell you what it sounds like and when we can be there. For work that can wait, send the details online and we will call you back.
