When can I reach someone by phone?
Phones are open 24 hours Monday through Friday, and 7 AM to 11 PM on Saturday and Sunday, Pacific time. Outside those hours, send the request form or an email and we will get back to you once phones open.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. We look at the problem, tell you the price, and nothing starts until you say yes. On sewer jobs that often means a camera run first, so the upfront price is based on what is really in the line.
What should I do while I wait for the crew?
For a sewage backup, stop using water in the building and keep people and pets away from it. For a burst pipe or big leak, close the main water shutoff, usually where the line enters the house or at the meter. Then call and we will walk you through the rest.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Please do. Email them to armorhydrojetting@gmail.com with the property address and a phone number. A clear shot of the cleanout, the leak, or the water heater label often answers a question before we arrive.
