Our home county. The coast from Ventura down to Port Hueneme, the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and Moorpark, the Santa Clara River Valley, and the Ojai Valley. Expect salt air on fixtures near the beach, hard water inland, and older clay and cast iron sewer lines in the older neighborhoods.
Santa Barbara County
Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Isla Vista on the South Coast, then inland to the Santa Ynez and Lompoc Valleys and north to Orcutt and Guadalupe. Older homes by the beach, and busy restaurant kitchens with grease lines that need regular jetting.

Phones are open 24 hours Monday through Friday, and 7 AM to 11 PM on Saturday and Sunday. That is the same in every town we cover.
